About

you don’t have to do it all by yourself

After finishing my graduate studies at the University of Michigan in 2016, I completed a clinical fellowship in psychiatry at Michigan Medicine to strengthen my skills as a therapist. I worked at Michigan Medicine for several years before starting my private practice. I have received extensive training in evidence based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. I have also pursued additional training in Complicated Grief Treatment and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
In my work, I enjoy helping individuals strengthen their mindful awareness of emotions and patterns in relationships. I consider myself a lifelong learner, and I am committed to the ongoing pursuit of training and growth. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic alliance. Above all, I strive to provide a compassionate environment that welcomes clients of all backgrounds.
